We think summer will get here eventually! It has been a very wet and cool spring and we can still see lots of snow on Aspen Mountain. But we are seeing areas “greening up” and even some small leaves popping out!

The annual Food and Wine Classic is earlier this summer starting on June 10 and going three days. The Aspen Music Festival begins June 22 and ends August 21. At the Chateau Blanc, most of our condominiums are occupied for the nine weeks of the music festival by members of the festival staff. However, we still have our three bedroom-two bath, a one bedroom-one bath and our deluxe two bedroom-two bath condominiums available as well as lots of free space before and after the festival.
